At RJ Digital Services, we strive to provide high-quality E-books and online courses. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (E-books & Online Courses)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an E-book or course has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions:

We will offer a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

• If you are charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
• If you did not receive access to the product due to a system malfunction we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only):

To request a refund under the exceptions mentioned, please get in touch with us at support.admin@rjdigitalservices.com within 7 days of purchase, providing:

• Order ID
• Payment receipt
• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable Cases:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase.
• Claims made after accessing or downloading the product.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.
